Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.“INA” shpk, per arsye: - nuk ka arritur te paraqese oferten e plote dhe te sakte sic eshte kerkuar ne DST ( operatori ka paraqitur vetem nje preventiv permbledhes por nuk ka arritur te paraqese preventivat per cdo njesi ( shtepi banimi ) qe do te rikonstruktohet. -nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.8 te kritereve te vecanata per kualfikim. 2.BOE “NGRACAN 1934” shpk & "SHKELQIMI 07" shpk, per arsye: - nuk plotesojnë Kriteret e Veçanta të Kualifikimit, pika 2.4.4 dhe pika 2.8 te Dokumentave Standarte te Tenderit. Dokumentacioni provues i formularit të vetëdeklarimit, si dhe dokumentacioni i paraqitur në sistemin e prokurimeve elektronike, kërkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor, dorëzuar më datë, 22.09.2022 me prot hyrës nr.2086, nuk është i rregullt dhe konform kushteve dhe kritereve të DST.
