Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1. 2A CO Shpk, per arsye: Ka paraqitur certifikata ISO te leshuara nga nje qe nuk eshte i akredituar nga Drejtoria e Pergjithshme e Akreditimit. -ka dorezuar formularin e deklarimit sipas nje formati te shfuqizuar nga APP. -nuk ka deklaruar vendodhjen e mjeteve duke mos plotesuar kriteret e DST 2.INA Shpk, per arsye: -nuk ploteson kritetrin per auditues energjitik I licensuar nga AEE. - ka paraqitur certifikaten ISO 99-2012 te leshuar nga nje organ I cili nuk eshte I akredituar nga Drejtoria e Pergjithshme e Akreditimit per te leshuar kete certificate. -nuk ka objektin e prokurimit ne veprimtarine e tij. 3. A-91 Sh.p.k, per arsye: -ka nderhyre ne preventivin e publikuar nga AK duke ndryshuar strukturen e tij, perkatesisht; Zeri nr 33 kapitulli i,sasia eshte 1, e ka ndryshuar ne sasine 2 Zeri nr 18 kapitulli V nuk eshte perfshire fare ne oferte -Nuk ploteson kriterin per auditues energjitik i licensuar nga Agjensia per Eficencen e Energjise.
