    -Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e kerkuar per paraqitjen e analizes se kostos per cmimet brenda afatit te percaktuar

    -Nuk ploteson piken 3, te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, Kapaciteti Teknik, pasi nuk eshte paraqitur ne sisitemin elektronik te prokurimit, Deklarata mbi Drejtuesin Teknik te punimeve ne objekt.
    -Nuk ploteson piken 8, te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, Kapaciteti Teknik, pasi nuk ka deklaruar ne formularin permbledhes te vetdeklarimit emrat e stafit teknik per kryerjen e punimeve, konkretisht 1 punonjes teknik ndertimi, 1 punonjes elektricist, 1 punonjes hidraulik, 2 Punonjes eskavatoriste , 2 Punonjes automakiniste, 2 Punonjes buldozerist.
    -Nuk ploteson piken 9 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, Kapaciteti Teknik, pasi nuk ka paraqitur ne sistemin elektronik te prokurimit deklaraten per listen e personelit kryesor te nevojshem per te zbatuar objektin.
    -Nuk ploteson piken 12, germa d te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, Kapaciteti Tekni, pasi Certifikata ISO 39001 2012 e paraqitur ne sisitemin elektronik te prokurimit eshte e paakredituar nga DPA ose nga Organizma Nderkombetare Akreditues, te njohur nga Republika e Shqiperise.
    -Nuk ploteson piken 12, germa e te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, Kapaciteti Tekni, pasi nuk eshte paraqitur Certifikaten e menaxhimit te energjise ISO 50001 2011.
    -Nuk ploteson piken 13, germa e te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, Kapaciteti Teknik, pasi eshte deklaruar ne Formularin Permbledhes te Vetedeklarimit dokumentacionin e mjeteve (targa, nr. Shasise) per mjetet Eskavator me Goma, Fadrome me Goma, Autobitumatrice, Autobetoinere.
    -Nuk ploteson piken 13, germa e te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit, Kapaciteti Teknik, pasi nuk ka deklaruar ne Formularin Permbledhes te Vetdeklarimit tonazhin e Kamioneve dhe kamioncinave.

    4. ERGI shpk, per arsye:
    - Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentat provuese per vetdeklarimet e bera ne Formularin Permbledhes te Vetdeklarimit si dhe dokumentat e paraqitura ne rruge elektronike
