- Nuk permbush piken 6 te kritereve te vecanta, pasi nuk ka deklaruar 1 (nje) punonjes i pajisur me certifikate Ekspert per ndihmen e pare dhe nderhyrjen ndaj emergjencave
-Nuk ploteson piken 7 te kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit, pasi nuk ka deklaruar 2 punonjes eskvatoriste dhe punonjes automakinist.
