EURO ALB shpk, ndryshuar ne LIS KONSTRUKSION shpk, per arsye: -Nuk ploteson piken 2.4.1 Kriteret e kualifikimit /kapaciteti teknik, pasi ka deklaruar si drejtues teknik me iniciale B.M Inxhinier Gjeolog 3.
