Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar operatoret e konomike te meposhtem: 1. NIKA shpk, per arsye: - Nuk ploteson kriteret e pergjithshme dhe te veçanta te kualifikimit te kerkuara ne DST, pasi per mjetin Eskavator ABMT67 ne dokumentat shoqeruese leja e qarkullimit rezulton mjet per perdorim vetjak dhe jo per perdorim per te trete, 2. SARK shpk, per arsye: - Nuk ploteson kriteret e pergjithshme dhe te veçanta te kualifikimit te kerkuara ne DST, pasi ka paraqitur dy pune te ngjashme nje kontrate me Bashkine Konispol per objektin Sistemim i kanalizimeve te ujrave te zeza ne lagjen e bregut, Konispol ne vleren 1,125,888 leke me tvsh nderkohe qe sipas DST kjo vlere duhet te jete jo me e vogel se 30 perqind e fondit limit qe prokurohet, pra 1,860,630 leke pa tvsh. -Pune te ngjashme kontrate me Bashkine Delvine per objektin Ndertim KUZ-je, fshati Stjar, Bashkia Delvine ne vleren 1,322,880 leke me tvsh por mungon Formulari i Vleresimi. |
