Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar opertatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1. INA shpk, per arsye: -Nuk permbush kriterin e kerkuar ne piken 2.3.1, pasi nuk ka dorezuar certifikaten perfundimtare te marrjes ne dorezim te punimeve. -Ka deklaruar 86 punonjes, por 21 punonjes nuk jane me kohe te plote pune. -Nuk permbush kriteret e percaktuara ne pikat, 2.3.6, 2.3.7, 2.3.1(a) te kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit pasi stafi teknik, makinerit dhe paisjet e kerkuar jane te angazhuara ne kontrata te tjera 2.L.T.E CONSTRUCTION shpk, per arsye: -Nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.4 (e) dy punonjes te specializuar si betonues dhe piken 2.3.7 (17) nje automjet Pirun -Nuk ka paraqitur vertetim kontributesh dhe listepagesa per muajin e fundit. -Nuk permbush kriteret e percaktuara ne pikat 2.3.3, 2.3.4, 2.3.6 (a), 2.3.7, pasi specialistet, makinerit dhe paisje jane te angazhuara ne kontrata te tjera. 3. LIS KONSTRUKSION shpk, per arsye: -Nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.7, pasi nuk i ka permbushur kriteret per makinerit si Kamion me kapacitet mbajtes 7 deri 10 ton; Autovinc; Kamioncin 1.5 ton; Pirun ; Fikse Zjarri 4. BEQIRI shpk, per arsye: -Nuk permbush piken 2.3.4, pasi nuk ka deklaruar te plote stafin teknik, konkretisht per 2 punonjes pllakashtrues. -Nuk ka permbushur kriterin per paisjet e kerkuara ne DST per Kokore edhe Jelek -Ka kontrata te lidhura me autoritete te tjera kontraktore, konkretish ne Keshillin e Qarkut Durres me Numri i references : REF-57930-02-03-2023, Data e lidhjes se kontrates 07.04.2023,me objekt prokurimi Rikonstruksion rruge ne NJA nr 4, Bashkia Durres - Nuk permbush kriteret e percaktuara ne pikat 2.3.3, 2.3.4 (d), 2.3.6 (a), 2.3.7, pasi te gjithe specialistet, makinerit dhe paisje e kerkuar jane te angazhuara ne kontrata te tjera. 5. BAJRAMI N. shpk , per arsye: -Nuk ka dorezuar asnje dokumentacion provues per vetedeklarimet ne formularin permbledhes, brenda afatit te kerkuar, pa asnje shkak e pa asnje arsye dhe pa asnje njoftim. |
