-Nuk ka paraqitur mostra ne diten e hapjes se procedures.
-Nuk i permbush kerkesat e pikes 2.2.3 Katalogu i paraqitur
- Ka paraqitur fatura elektronike per pune te ngjashme me Bashkine Mirdite, te pa shoqeruar me vertetim per permbushjen me sukses te kontrates nga ai institucion, e kerkuar ne piken 2.2.1 te kritereve te pranimit.
2. SARK shpk, per arsye:
-Nuk ka paraqitur mostra ne diten e hapjes se procedures.
-Nuk ka paraqitur autorizimin e prodhuesit,
3. SAM ARS 2016, per arsye:
-Nuk kane asnje informacion ne trup te mostres Tubot DN 200 mm, DN 500 mm, DN 630 mm
-Nuk ka te shenuar DN Tubot DN 315 mm dhe DN 400 mm.
- Nuk ka te shenuar emrin e prodhuesit dhe DN Tubot 1000 mm
- Nuk ka te shenuar emrin e prodhuesit Tubo DN 800 mm
