KPP me ane te Vendimit Nr.585/2023 date 10.07.2023, ka vendosur:
1.Te pranoje pjeserishte ankesen e paraqitur nga BOE PERPARIMI G shpk dhe 2 Nshpk per kete procedure prokurimi.
2.Te konstatoje absolutisht te pavlefshem njoftimin e skualifikimit te dates 05.06.2023 te Komisionit te Vleresimit te Ofertave lidhur me pasqyrimin jo te sakte te vleres se ofertes ekonomike te paraqitur nga ana e BOE PERPARIMI G shpk dhe 2 Nshpk dhe te riktheje proceduren ne gjendjen fillestare vetem per kete operator ekonomik ankimues qe te kryeje vleresimin e tij ne perputhje me parashikimet e udhezimin nr.7, date 30.07.2021"Per menyren e zhvillimit te procedurave te prokurimit me mjete elektronike".
Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomike i meposhtem:
1. BOE PERPARIMI G shpk dhe 2 Nshpk, per arsye:
-Nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.6 e, deklaraten per vendodhjen dhe verifikimin e automjeteve nga autoriteti kontraktor
-Nuk permbushe piken 2.3.4, per 2(dy) punonjes betonues.
-Ka deklaruar se:
P.N dhe F.Z te punesuar si Betonues te OE 2N SHPK rezulton i punesuar me kodin 7115.02 si karpentier
- Ka plotesuar gabim formularin e ofertes ku preventivi eshte plotesuar mbi Shtojca 10 |
