LEAL sh.p.k, per arsye: -Nuk ka paraqitur formularin permbledhes te vetedeklarimit, sipas shtojces 9 - Nuk ka paraqitur sigurimin e ofertes, sipas Shtojces 3 - Nuk ka paraqitur vertetim per xhiron vjetore per vitet finanicare 2020,2021,2022. - Nuk ka paraqitur bilancet vjetore per vitet financiare 2021,2022. - Nuk ka paraqitur certifikate pronesie ose kontrate per ambjentin qe do te sherbeje per parkimin e mjeteve jashte oreve te sherbimit, depozitimit dhe riparimin e konteniereve te demtuar, si per depozitimin e materialeve qe i nevojiten per realizimin e plote te sherbimit te pastrimit -Nuk ploteson kriterin e percaktuar ne shtojcen 9, pika 2.2.1 lidhur me punet e ngjashme, pasi vlera e puneve te ngjashme te kryera gjate tre viteve te fundit eshte me e vogel se 40 perqind e vleres te fondit limit te kesaj kontrate. |
