Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i mepohtem: -“DURAKU-A” sh.p.k, per arsye: pasi ka paraqitur ofertë anomalisht të ulët (28.5 % më e ulët se vlera e fondit limit) për këtë lot dhe pas paraqitjes së kërkesës së autoritetit kontraktor, Bashkia Elbasan, drejtuar këtij operatori, për të dhënë spjegime lidhur me justifikimin e ofertës anomalisht të ulët, ky operator ekonomik nuk ka pranuar (nuk është përgjigjur) brenda afatit kohor prej 3 ditë punë, nga momenti i marjes së njoftimit. Sa më sipër, bazuar ne DST, publikuar në faqen zyrtate të APP-së, lidhur me këtë procedurë, Seksioni I: Udhëzime për Operatorët Ekonomik, F.
