Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1. BOE ASI2A CO Sh.p.k; 2 Z KONSTRUKSION Sh.p.k dhe FLED Sh.p.k, per arsye: -Ne Marreveshjen e bashkepunimit dhe ndarjes se punimeve 2 Z Konstruksion shpk nuk ka parashikuar marrjen persiper te kryerjes se punimeve per Veshje fasade me polisterol -Referuar Listen e cmimeve sipas zerave te preventivit ASI 2A CO shpk ka marre persiper te kryeje punimet ne zerat e punimeve tek Seksioni Punime prishje, Ngarkim transport auto mbeturina 5 km, por asnje nga te tre anetaret nuk ka marre persiper kryerjen e transportit te mbeturinave. -Referuar Marreveshjes se bashkepunimit date 07.09.2023 nenit 2, palet kane nenshkruar marreveshjen te deformuar objektin e prokurimit dhe fondin limit TVSH. -2 Z Konstruksion shpk, nuk ka dorezuar vertetim per xhiron vjetore -Fled shpk ka detyrime te palikuiduara ndaj Bashkise Gramsh -Nuk permbush kriterin per certifikaten ISO 3834 2005 2. BOE ED KONSTRUKSION Sh.p.k dhe LIS KONSTRUKSION Sh.p.k, per arsye: -Ka paraqitur preventivi e ndarjes se punimeve te pa rregullt, pasi nuk eshte nenshkruar e vulosur nga asnje anetar i bashkimit te operatoreve ekonomike. -Nuk permbush kriterin per certifikate ISO 3834 2005. -Asnje nga anetaret e BOE nuk ka deklaruar se disponon punonjes ose specialist -Lis Konstruksion shpk nuk disponon kategorine e licences NP12 C , por disponon kategorine NP12 A. -ED Konstruksion nuk ka te deklaruar asnje inxhinier elektronik. -Nuk ploteson piken 2.3.7, pasi nuk permbush kriterin per 2(dy)Punonjes ose Specialist Gipsi 3.PEPA GROUP Sh.p.k, per arsye: -Ka paraqitu roferte ekonomike me gabime aritmetike -Nuk permbush kriterin per certifikate ISO 3834 2005 -Nuk permbush kriterin per Teknik Ndertimi 2 (dy) dhe Teknik Topograf ose gjeodet 1 ( nje). |
