    - Analiza duhet te jete kryer Brenda 3 (tre) muajve te fundit nga shpallja e njoftimit te kontrates.
    - Per permbushjen e ketij kriteri operatori ekonomik Sark ka paraqitur nje kontraten e bashkepunimit me kompanine Nord Comat me Nr.22.prot date 20/04/2022 si dhe ka paraqitur certificate cilesie nga kompani Beheluli sh.p.k per zerat rere lumi dhe cakull lumi.
    - Ne perfundim ky kusht nuk përmbushet nga ana e Operatorit Ekonomik SARK sh.p.k, pasi operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur Certifikate Analize brenda 3 muajve te fundit nga laborator I certifikuar per secilin ze te preventivit.
