Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomike te meposhtem: 1.“I.C.C GROUP” shpk, per arsye: - Gjatë shqyrtimit të ofertave ekonomike anëtarët e KVO konstatuan se vlera e paisjeve ne preventivin e punimeve të operatorit ekonomik “I.C.C GROUP” shpk prej 2,100,000(dy milion e njëqind mijë) lekë, tejkalon vlerën e fondit limit konkretisht 1,500,000 (një milion e pesëqind mijë) lekë që Autoriteti kontraktor ka vendosur për paisje. 2.“FLED”shpk + Mbështetës “Shkelqimi 07”shpk, per arsye: - Gjatë shqyrtimit të ofertave ekonomike anëtarët e KVO konstatuan se vlera e paisjeve ne preventivin e punimeve të operatorit ekonomik “FLED”shpk + Mbështetës “Shkelqimi 07”shpk prej 2,250,000(dy milion e dyqind e pesëdhjetë mijë) lekë, tejkalon vlerën e fondit limit konkretisht 1,500,000 (një milion e pesëqind mijë) lekë që Autoriteti kontraktor ka vendosur për paisje. 3.“SARK” shpk , per arsye: - Komisioni i Vlerësimit të Ofertave gjatë shqyrtimit të dokumentacionit të paraqitur në sistemin elektronik konstatoi se puna e ngjashme e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik“SARK” shpk nuk plotëson kriteret për kualifikim.Kjo për arsye se puna e ngjashme per nje objekt te vetëm qe operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur ne sistem eshte me e vogel se 40% e vlerës së kontratës që prokurohet.Gjithashtu vlera monetare totale e puneve te kryera, e marre se bashku është me e vogel se fondi limit i kontrates qe prokurohet. 4.“J O G I” shpk + Mbështetës “Infinit”shpk + “LTE Construction” shpk , per arsye: - Operatori Ekonomik “J O G I” shpk per te realizuar kete procedure do te mbeshtetej ne kapacitetet e subjekteve te tjera perkatesisht subjektit “Infinit”shpk dhe subjektit “LTE Construction”shpk .Gjatë shqyrtimit të dokumentacionit të paraqitur në sistemin elektronik konstatoi se mungon një angazhim me shkrim i këtyre subjekteve për të vërtetuar se ky operator do të ketë në dispozicion burimet e nevojshme. |
