Ku ne rastin ne fjale oferta juaj eshte anomalishte e ulet bazuar ne nenin 82 pika 4 e VKM nr. 285 date 19.05.2021 “Per miratimin e rregullave te prokurimit public” I ndryshuar ku citohet: Pas korrigjimit të gabimeve aritmetike, komisioni i vlerësimit të ofertave verifikon nëse ofertat e vlefshme janë ose jo me çmim anomalisht të ulët sipas formulës së përcaktuar në dokumentet standarde të tenderit.
