KPP me ane te vendimit Nr. 424 /2024 vendosi:
1.Te mos pranoje ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “EL-GJO 2006” SHPK, per kete procedure prokurimi.
2.Autoriteti kontraktor lejohet te vijoje me hapat e metejshem te procedures se prokurimit, sipas legjislacionit të prokurimit publik. |
