Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomik e meposhtem: 1. GRIALD, per arsye: -Pasi eshte kualifikuar si i kualifikuari i pare ne kete procedure ne fazen e ofertes ekonomike , eshte njoftuar per dorezimin e dokumentacionit provues e shoqerues dhe rezulton se mbeshtetur ne shkresen date 18.9.2024 "Kerkese per terheqje procedure, citojne se: " ...kerkeses per dorezim dokumentacioni nuk do ti pergjigjemi per arsye se jemi fitues ne objektin: Rikonstruksion Kanali Vadites Vigi i Vakes, Cerrnice (faza e II-te). Mjetet edhe makinerite jane te angazhuara ne ketetender. Prandaj skualifikohet. 2. ASI INVEST, per arsye: -Pasi eshte kuaifikuar ne fazen e ofertes ekonomike ne kete procedure dhe eshte njoftuar per dorezimin e dokumentacionit nga KVO me date 6.9.2024 rezulton se deri sot nuk ka sjelle doumentacionin provues e shoqerues te oferetes se tij ekonomike prandaj skualifikohet. 3. NIKA, per arsye: -Nuk ka plotesuar kriteret 2.3.3 DHE 2.3.6 TE DST-se 4. FLORIDA, per arsye: -Nuk ka plotesuar kriterin Kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiare 5. CARA, per arsye: -Nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.3 te dst-se 6. BOE BAJRAMI N. & HTSH, per arsye: -Pasi eshte kualifikuar i pari ne kete procedure dhe ne zbatim te ligjit eshte njoftuar nga KVO-ja per dorezimin e dokumentacionit provues e shoqerues te ofertes ekonomike te sjelle nerruge elektronike rezulton qe deri sot nuk e ka bere dorezimin e ketyre dokumentave ku theksojme se kane kaluar mbi 10-te dite. Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
