Operatori ekonomik “Nika” sh.p.k, nuk plotëson këto kërkesa: Nuk ka paraqitur makinerite e kerkuara sipas DST-se

Kontrata per bashkimin e perkohshem te shoqerive ALKO-IMPEX SHPK dhe NDREKAJ SHPK me nr. 1812 rep. dhe nr. 1400 kol. date 28.02.2017 eshte e pavlefshme pasi nuk eshte nenshkruar (ne asnje flete te saj) nga noteria prandaj kjo kontrate nuk merret parasyshe . Bashkimi i operatoreve ekonomike ALKO-IMPEX SHPK dhe NDREKAJ SHPK nuk ploteson makinerite e konkretisht Kamionat minimalisht 20 ton 4 cope, Kamionat minimalisht 12 ton 7 cope, Autobetonieret 3 cope, Autopompe betoni cope1.
    Shoqeria NDREKAJ SHPK nuk ploteson punimet e ngjashme. Punimi i paraqitur i mungon Certefikaten e marrjes ne dorezim teperhershem i kerkuar ne DT. Bashkimi I operatoreve ekonomik “Kacdedja” shpk dhe “Cara” shpk dhe “Agri Konstrustion”shpk,nuk plotëson këto kërkesa: Ne dokumentat e tenderit eshte kerkuar “Lista e punonjesve per muajin janar viti 2017 e çertefikuar nga Drejtoria Vendore e Punesimit ku per secilin nga punonjesit te jene te specifikuara Emri Mbiemri, Datelindja, Adresa banimit, numri regjistrit themeltar, profesioni, paga, arsimi, data e punesimit ne subjek”asnje nga shoqerite KACDEDJA SHPK dhe CARA SHPK dhe AGRI CONSTRUSTION SHPK nuk e ka paraqitur kete document per te plotesuar kete kriter. Shoqeria CARA SHPK nuk ka paraqitur listepagesen e muajit janar 2017 te konfirmuar nga Administrata Tatimore ne kundershtim me kerkesat ne DT. Shoqeria AGRI CONSTRUSTION SHPK nuk ka paraqitur ditarin (inventarin) e mjeteve kryesorete konfirmuar nga Dega e Tatim Taksave ne kundershtim me kerkesat e DT per vitet 2013-2014-2015.
