Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. COLOMBO SHPK pasi nuk ka paraqitur vertetimin e leshuar nga enti publik "Autoriteti Kombetar per CESK" per permbushjen me sukses te kontrates. 2. ADD GROUP SHPK pas vleresimit te procedures se prokurimit me objekt “Blerje Pc, printera” Autoriteti kontraktor ka njoftuar nepermjet sisitemit elektronik te prokurimve OE te renditur ne vendin e pare “ADD Group” per te dorezuar dokumentat e paraqitura si pjese e ofertes ne rruge elektronike dhe dokumentat mbeshtetese per vetedeklarimet e dhena, origjinale ose te noterizuar. OE nuk ka paraqitur kete dokumentacion brenda afatit ligjor te percaktuar ne rregullat e prokurimit publik. 3. XPERT SYSTEMS SHPK pasi nuk plotesuar specifikimet teknike, konkretisht nga AK eshte kerkuar Fotokopje Multifunction Color copy Machine A4 ndersa OE ka paraqitur Black/White. 4. InfoSoft Office SHPK pasi nuk ka ngarkuar asnje dokument ne SPE per te permbushur kriteret e pergjithshme dhe te vecanta te DST. Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
