Në datën 13.11.2024 është bërë klasifikimi i operatorëve ekonomikë pjesëmarrës, duke i
njoftuar me anë të sistemit të prokurimeve elektronike (S.P.E.), mbi rezultatet e vlerësimit të
ofertave ekonomike për vlerat (pa TVSH) si më poshtë: 1. “ADD GROUP” shpk 788.900,00 lekë kualifikuar 2. “Erisoni Company” shpk 795.000,00 lekë kualifikuar 3. “COLOMBO” shpk 967.000,00 lekë skualifikuar Nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik si edhe pranë Autoritetit Kontraktor, është depozituar ankesa me numër ankimimi A/2024/4811, datë 19.11.2024 dhe me nr. 3412/2024 Prot., dhe protokolluar me datë 20.11.2024 e OE “Erisony Company” SHPK, duke kundërshtuar vendimin e KVO-së mbi kualifikimin e ofertës së OE “ADD Group” SHPK. 1. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e paraqitur nga OE “Erisoni Company” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor të rivlersojë ofertën e OE “Add group” SHPK sipas konstatimeve të vendimit të Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik . Me datë 06.05.2025Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik shqyrtoi çështjen mbi zbatimin e vendimit Nr.231/2025 datë 12.02.2025 për procedurën e e prokurimit dhe vendosi me Vendim Nr. 629/2025: Të lejojë autoritetin kontraktor të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurës së Prokurimit. |
