PE – VLA – KU shpk pasi nuk ka përmbushur disa kritere të rëndësishme për kualifikim, përfshirë kapacitetet teknike dhe dokumentacionin e kërkuar. 2. “SARDO” sh.p.k pasi nuk ka përmbushur disa kritere të kualifikimit, përfshirë kapacitetet teknike dhe kërkesat për materialet e lojërave. Ai ka deklaruar vetëm 1 teknik ndërtimi nga 2 të kërkuar dhe nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e nevojshëm për materialet e lojërave, duke mos garantuar cilësinë e kërkuar për realizimin e projektit. 3. A.L-ASFALT pasi nuk ka përmbushur kërkesën për dokumentacionin teknik të lojërave, duke mos paraqitur skedat teknike dhe raportet e testimit nga laboratorë të akredituar, siç kërkohet në piken 2.4.1 të kërkesave për kualifikim. 4.
