T&J CONSTRUCTION pasi nuk ka plotësuar detyrimin për punë të ngjashme. ________________________________________________________ Me datë 23.12.2024 nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankesa e operatorit ekonomik “T&J Construction” SHPK, për procedurën e prokurimit, objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të ofertave mbi skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur nga operatorit ekonomik. Sipas vendimit të KPP Nr. 85/2025, datë 16.01.2025, u vendos rikualifikimi i operatorit ekonomik “T&J Construction” SHPK, në procedurën e prokurimit _________________________________________________________ Me datë 29.01.2025, autoriteti kontraktor, Bashkia Rrogozhinë, informon se ka zbatuar vendimin Nr. 85/2025, datë 16.01.2025, të Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, për procedurën e prokurimit “E hapur, e thjeshtuar”. Ne datën 03.02.2025, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik mori në shqyrtim çështjen me, mbi zbatimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik Nr.85/2025, datë 16.01.2025, për procedurën e mesiperme te prokurimit Sipas Vendimit Nr. 170/2025 datë 03.02.2025 të Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik U vendos të lejojë autoritetin kontraktor të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurave të prokurimit. |
