Smart Processes Shpk 790,000 lekë Kualifikuar 2. Instant.Al Shpk 840,000 lekë Kualifikuar 3. InfoSoft Business Solutions Shpk 972,992 lekë Kualifikuar 4. Naol Shpk Pa ofertë ekonomike Skualifikuar Në datën 17.01.2025, nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike, pranë autoritetit kontraktor dhe njëherazi pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankesa e OE “Instant.Al” SHPK, duke kundërshtuar vendimin e KVO lidhur me skualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur prej tij nga procedura e prokurimit. Në Datë 26.02.2025, KPP me vendim Nr.294/2025, vendos: 1. Të pranojë ankesën e OE “Instant.Al” SHPK në procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Autoriteti kontraktor te anuloje vendimin e KVO per skualifikimin e OE “Instant.Al” SHPK, duke e kualifikuar ate. Me datë 12.03.2025 Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik shqyrtoi çështjen mbi zbatimin e vendimit nr.294/2025 datë 26.02.2025 për procedurën e e prokurimit dhe vendosi me Vendim Nr. 352/2025: Të lejojë autoritetin kontraktor të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshëm të procedurës së Prokurimit. |
