Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. OE “A.SH. Engineering” shpk pasi nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.1 ne DST mbi paraqitjen e deshmive per furnizimet e
meparshme te ngjashme sepse kontrata e sherbimit te konsulences e ngarkuar si
deshmi nga ana e operatorit nuk permbush plotesisht kriterin e furnizimeve te
ngjashme me objektin tone dhe shumatorja e faturave perkatese nuk ploteson kriterin
e vleres jo me te vogel se 20% e vleres se fondit limit te objektit te prokurimit.
2. OE “G B Civil Engineering” shpk pasi nuk ka plotesuar piken 2.3.1 ne DST mbi paraqitjen e deshmive per furnizimet e
meparshme te ngjashme pasi deshmite e paraqitura nga operatori i referohen
sherbimeve, te cilat nuk kategorizohen si sherbime te ngjashme me natyren e
sherbimeve te kerkuara ne kete procedure prokurimi.
Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
