Po ashtu, ai nuk ka paraqitur vërtetimin nga ISHTI për mungesën e penaliteteve për shkelje të cilësisë gjatë vitit të fundit, siç kërkohet nga rregulloret e prokurimit. Ne perfundim te afateve te ankimimit per kete procedure prokurimi nuk ka pasur ankesa. |
