Operatori ekonomik “Biba-X” shpk u skualifikua duke qenë se nuk i plotësonte të gjitha kriteret si pasi OE nuk ploteson piken 2.3.1 per punet e ngjashme te kryer gjate tri viteve te fundit nga data e shpalljes se njoftimit te kontrates, ne nje vlere jo me vogel se 40% te fondit limit. 2. Operatori ekonomik “A.N.K” shpk u skualifikua duke qenë se nuk i plotësonte kriteret si me poshte: - OE nuk ploteson piken 2.2.2 ku thuhet “Kopje të çertifikuara të bilanceve të viteve 2022 2023 dhe 2024 të paraqitura në Administratën Tatimore dhe të konfirmuara prej tyre. 3.
