1. BN PROJECT, pasi ky operator ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokumentacion per kete procedure prokurimi.
2. MIKI CONSULTING & ERALD-G, pasi Nuk plotësojne kriteret e veçanta për kualifikim, konkretisht: operatori ekonomik pjesëmarrës duhet të deklarojë sipas formës së disponimit të punonjësve në seksionin përkatës të Formularit Përmbledhës të Vetëdeklarimit të shtojcës 10 në DST.
3. ZETAKONSULT, pasi nuk plotësojne kriteret e pergjithshme per kualifikim, konkretisht:
