Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm; 1. VICTORIA INVEST ”sh.p.k, Operatori nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.6 te kritereve te vecanta per kualifikim.
2.
