Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “OVVITAL” SHPK, për këto arsye: - nuk plotëson pikën 1, seksioni 2.1 “Kapaciteti profesional i operatoreve ekonomike” të Kritereve të Vecanta të Kualifikimit, pasi ne SPE ka deklaruar vetem 1 (nje) vend te ushtrimit te aktivitetit (stabiliment) per te cilin ka paraqitur edhe 2 licencat perkatese II.1.A dhe II.1.B. Nderkohe qe, nga Ekstrakti i Regjistrit Tregtar te subjektit rezulton se, ky i fundit ka me shume vende te ushtrimit te aktivitetit (stabilimente), te cilat nuk rezultojne te jene te pajisura me licencat perkatese per ushtrimin e aktivitetit sipas ligjit nr. 9863 date 28.01.2008 “Per ushqimin”, neni 19. |
