2. “VALONA KONSTRUKSION” SH.P.K, për këto arsye:
- nuk permbush ne kumulativ nenpiken 2 te seksionit 2.3 te kritereve te vecanta per kualifikim, pasi ka deklaruar te njejtin staf si ne Lotin 1, si dhe nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e kerkuar.
