Ka pasur ankesa.
Në datën 12.06.2017 autoriteti kontraktor zhvilloi procedurën e prokurimit. Referuar informacionit të dorëzuar nga autoriteti kontraktor pranë KPP, me shkresësen 3154/1 prot. datë 07.07.2017 protokolluar me tonën me nr. 1197/2 datë 13.07.2017, rezulton se në datën 15.06.2017 autoriteti kontraktor ka njoftuar operatorët ekonomikë pjesëmarrës, nëpërmjet sistemit të prokurimeve elektronike (S.P.E.), mbi rezultatet e vlerësimit të Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave ku rezulton si më poshtë vijon:
- “Spektri” shpk 2.301.000 skualifikuar
- “AE Group” shpk 2.390.000 skualifikuar
- “Start & CO” shpk 2.400.000 skualifikuar
- “Klodjan Kajo” shpk 2.480.000 skualifikuar
- “MB Kurti” shpk 2.500.000 skualifikuar
Në datën 20.06.2017 operatori ekonomik “MB Kurti” sh.p.k ka paraqitur fillimisht ankesë pranë autoritetit kontraktor, dhe më pas ka paraqitur ankesë, me të njëjtin objekt, pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik ku ka ngritur petendimin për kundërshtimin e skualifikimit të ofertës së tij me arsyetimin se “Nuk ploteson kriterin punë të ngjashme”. KPP ka vendosur :
1. Të mos pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “MB Kurti” shpk. |
