Ka pasur ankesa.
Në datën 27.06.2017 është publikuar në sistemin e prokurimeve elektronike, në faqen zyrtare të Agjencisë së Prokurimit Publik, procedura e prokurimit “Procedurë e Hapur” me Nr. REF-18457-06- 23-2017, me objekt: “Sistemi Wi-Fi per qytetin, shkollat dhe qendra te populluara te njesive administrative”.
Në datën 03.07.2017, operatori ekonomik ankimues “Albtelecom” sha, ka paraqitur ankesë pranë autoritetit kontraktor, duke kundërshtuar kriteret e kualifikimit. Autoriteti Kontraktor nuk i ka kthyer përgjigje operatorit ekonomik ankimues brenda afateve të përcaktuara në LPP.
Në datën 14.07.2017 operatori ekonomik ankimues ka paraqitur ankesë në Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik, duke pretenduar modifikimin e dokumentave të procedurës së prokurimit objekt shqyrtimi.
Në datën 20.07.2017, nëpërmjet shkresës me nr.3120 prot., datë 20.07.2017, protokolluar me tonën nr. 1280/2prot., datë 21.07.2017 me objekt: “Dërgim Informacioni”, është depozituar në Komisionin e Prokurimit Publik informacioni i autoritetit kontraktor lidhur me ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Albtelecom” sha.
Komisioni i Prokurimit
Publik, Vendos:
1. Të pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Albtelecom” sha për procedurën e prokurimit ne fjale.
2. Autoriteti kontraktor të kryejë modifikimet përkatëse në përputhje me arsyetimet dhe konstatimet e mësipërme të Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik. |
