Ka ankesa. Në datën 19.07.2017 pala ankimuese “Higjena” sh.p.k. ka dorëzuar ankesë pranë autoritetit kontraktor duke kundërshtuar kriteret e veçanta të kualifikimit për procedurën e prokurimit. Në datën 28.07.2017 pala ankimuese ka paraqitur ankesë pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, me të njëjtin objekt me ankesën e paraqitur në autoritetin kontraktor. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik, vendosi: 1. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e operatorit ekonomik “Higjena” sh.p.k. për procedurën e prokurimit. 2. Të anullojë procedurën e prokurimit dhe me rishpalljen e saj autoriteti kontraktor të hartojë kriteret e veçanta të kualifikimit në përputhje me arsyetimet dhe konstatimet e Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik. |
