Ka pasur ankesa nga operatori ekonomik BOE “ASI-2A CO” SHPK & “Shendëlli” SHPK.Vendimi perfundimtar i KPP eshte shprehur datë 21.10.2022 nr.1032/2022. Eshte skualifikuar operatori ekonomik i meposhtem: -" ASI- 2A CO" SHPK &" SHENDELLI" SHPK, per arsye: -ASI- 2A CO nuk ka paraqitur deklaratë për shlyerje të detyrimeve për taksat vendore në vendin e ushtrimit të veprimtarisë. -Në DST në pikën 2.3.11 kërkohet që operatori Ekonomik të mos ketë detyrime për taksa , gjoba dhe debi të ndryshme, në këtë rast operatori Ekonomik SHENDELLI SHPK ka gjoba të pashlyera kundrejt bashkisë Roskovec. -Në DST është kërkuar 500 m2 betoforma, por nga të dy operatorët ekonomik është deklaruar për 500m dhe jo m2. -Në DST është kërkuar 40 stampa betoni, Nga BOE është paraqitur numri i faturës por pa përcaktuar sasinë. -Operatori Ekonomik ASI- 2A CO nuk ka deklaruar në shtojcën 8, kontrata të tjera aktive, ndërsa në fakt rezulton të këtë kontrata aktive si më poshtë: - Bashkia Durrës , Kontratë e lidhur më datë 15.08.2022 , Afati i kontratës 32 ditë, Objekti i Kontratës: “Ndriçim Rruga Vllazërimi”, vlera pa tvsh 8’924’100 lekë dhe vlera me tvsh 10’708’920 LEKE. - Spitali Rajonal Vlore, Kontratë e lidhur më datë 22.08.2022 , Afati i kontratës 90 ditë, Objekti i Kontratës“ Rikonstruksion i Farmacisë dhe i Dispanserisë për nevoja të Spitalit Rajonal Vlorë “ ,Vlora pa tvsh 32 980 561,63 dhe 39 066 613.95 lekë me TVSH. |
