Ka pasur ankesa. Ankesat u paraqiten nga NAZERI 2000 Shpk dhe i eshte kthyer pergjigje nga autoriteti kontraktor. Eshte respektuar afati 10 ditor per ankimimet ne KPP pase kesaj eshte bere njoftimi I fituesit. Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm : 1-Operatori Ekonomik I.XH.ISUFI Nuk permbush kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim sipas DST. a) Nuk ka paraqitur Vertetim per shlyerjen e taksave vendore per vitin 2015, prane njesive vendore ku operatori ekonomik ushtron aktivitetin sipas adresave te regjistruara ne QKR. b) Nuk verteton se disponon Grup te gatshem.Kjo ne kundershtim me kriteret e percaktuare ne DST ne Kapacitetin Teknik pika (n) 2-Operatori Ekonomik Eurogjici Security Nuk permbush kriteret e vecanta per kualifikim sipas DST. a) Nuk ploteson numrin e kerkuar te punonjesve te certifikuar per kete sherbim. |
