Eshte skualifikuar ofertuesi i mëposhtëm:
1. Operatori ekonomik “ANBIM” shpk:
Nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument kualifikues, pervec ekstraktit tregtar. Operatori ekonomik nuk provon plotesimin e asnje prej kerkesave te Kritereve te Pergjithshme dhe Kritereve te Veçanta te Kualifikimit.
3. Operatori ekonomik “Albania Distribution Chem” shpk.
Nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument kualifikues, pervec ekstraktit tregtar. Operatori ekonomik nuk provon plotesimin e asnje prej kerkesave te Kritereve te Pergjithshme dhe Kritereve te Veçanta te Kualifikimit.
4. Operatori ekonomik “PAERA” shpk.
a. Operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur Liçence nga QKL (Qendra Kombetare e Licensimit), ne kundershtim me kerkesat e pikes 2.1.2 te Kritereve te Veçanta te Kualifikimit
b. Operatori ekonomik nuk provon plotesimin e nje prej kerkesave te kapacitetit teknik (pika 2.3.1 e Kritereve te Veçanta te Kualifikimit). Ka paraqitur fatura tatimore me tvsh, si dëshmi për përvojën e mëparshme, vlera e te cilave nuk e arrin Shumen 40% te fondit limit. Pra ky operatori nuk provon furnizime të ngjashme për një vlerë jo më të vogël se 40% te vleres se fondit limit që është realizuar gjatë tre viteve te fundit.
