b-i mungon Kopje te deklarimit te xhiros vjetore per vitin 2017 ,2018 dhe 2019.(Vlera e xhiros te jete sa vlera e fondit limit te leshuar nga Tatimet ose ooseKopje te bilanceve kontable per vitin 2018.
c-I mungon vertetimi qe ka paguar taksat dhe tarifat vendore per vitin 2019. leshuar nga njesia /njesite e pushtetit vendor ne te cilen/at ushtron aktivitetin (sipas QKR).
d-I mungon dokumenti per te vertetuar pervojen e sukseshme ne ekzekutimin e te pakten nje sherbimi te ngjashem me vlere jo me te vogel se 40% te vleres se fondit limit,te ekzekutuar gjate 3 (tre) viteve te fundit te veprimtarise se operatorit ekonomik.
