Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik:
1. 2 AT, për këto arsye:
- Në ofertën e paraqitur afati i levrimit nga OE përcaktohet 150 dite. Në DST përcaktohet afati për lëvrimin e mallit deri më 31.12.2020. OE sipas percaktimeve te DST nuk mund te ndryshoje afatet, zerat apo volumet e mallrave te kerkuara nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.
2. ALBANIAN DISTRIBUTION CHEM & 2MJ, për këto arsye:
- Nuk ka paraqitur mostra prane AK deri diten e zhvillimit te Procedures.
- Nuk ka plotesuar kriterin e vendosur nga AK per furnizime te ngjashme.
- OE 2MJ ne baze te marreveshjes 2 paleshe te bashkepunimit ka marre persiper qe te ofroje kontributin e tij ne realizimin e kontrates ne masen 10 % por nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion per disponimin e nje automjeti.
