1. ‘‘Inform Albania” shpk, për këto arsye:
- nuk ka paraqitur shtojcen 4/1
- referuar testimit në një Laborator Testimi të mostrave të paraqitura nga OE diten e hapjes së ofertave, nga Raport Testimi konstatohet se pesha e letrës është 84.190 g/m2 duke mos përbushur kriterin e kërkuar në specifikimet teknike prej 90 g/m2.
2. ‘‘Inpress” shpk, për këto arsye:
- referuar testimit në një Laborator Testimi të mostrave të paraqitura nga OE diten e hapjes së ofertave, nga Raport Testimi konstatohet se pesha e letrës është 80.584 g/m2 duke mos përbushur kriterin e kërkuar në specifikimet teknike prej 90 g/m2.
