Jane s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: 1. Operatori ekonomik “ALKO-IMPEX General Construction”shpk, nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per plotesimin e preventivit sic kerkohet nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.Preventivi i sjelle nga operatori ekonomik nuk ka preventivin total te puneve te kryera. Nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes e pikes 2.1.dh) te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim.( nuk ka arritur te deshmoje se disponon te gjitha makinerite e kerkuara sipas, Shtojces 9). Nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin pikes 2.3.2 te Kapaciteti Teknik te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim.(nuk ka arritur te deshmoje deklaraten e administratorit te shoqerise per punet konkrete te shoqeruara me kontratat dhe preventivat perkates.)
2. Bashkimi i Operatoreve Ekonomik “BELADI” shpk dhe “SIRETA2F” shpk sepse: Operatori ekonomik Beladi shpk , nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per plotesimin e pikes 2.6. te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim shtojca 10 e DT. Operatori SIRETA 2 F shpk nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per plotesimin e pikes 2.6. te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim shtojca 10 e DT. Operatori SIRETA 2 F shpk , nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote per plotesimin e pikes 2.3. te Kritereve te Vecanta per Kualifikim shtojca 10 e DT. B.O nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion per te deshmuar plotesimin e pikes 2.6.1 te kritereve te vecanta per kualifikim. Anullohet pasi nga momenti i miratimit te menyres se finacimit e deri ne momentin aktual jane evidentuar nje sere problemesh te cilat kane diktuar nevojen e ndryshimeve te rendesishme te projektit te propozuar per kete prokurim. Keto ndryshime konsitojne ne , heqjen e disa rrugeve te parashikuara per sistemim asfaltim dhe perfshirjen si pjese te ketij projekti te sistemim asfaltimit te rruges ne hyrje te qytetit Belsh duke bere harmonizimin dhe lidhjen e natyrshme te ketij projekti me projektet e tjera qe po zbatohen aktualisht ne Bashkine Belsh. |
