b- Nuk ploteson numerin e kerkuar te punonjesve te siguruar, ne kundershtim me kriterin kualifikues”Operatoret ekonomik ofertues duhet te kene mesatarisht jo me pak se 10 punonjes te siguruar per periudhen 6 muajt e fundit (Janar-Qershor 2020) , te vertetuar nga administrata tatimore, si dhe liste –pagesat perkatese.”
